Olivia is a licensed acupuncturist and practitioner of East Asian medicine dedicated to providing holistic and in-depth care. She graduated with her Masters in Acupuncture and East Asian Medicine from Seattle Institute of East Asian Medicine and is NCCAOM certified. While in school she focused her research on acupuncture for labor induction, cervical ripening, and male infertility. She has experience treating patients in a variety of conditions including gynecological disorders, sports injuries and chronic pain, sleep and emotional upset, GI imbalances, Bell’s palsy and neurological conditions, and much more. She strives for a collaborative relationship with patients and values utilizing all aspects of the medicine including treatment, dietary, and lifestyle education to achieve optimal outcomes.
She fell in love with herbal medicine at a young age in her mother’s garden and spent her post-college years studying Western herbalism and Ayurvedic medicine. While apprenticing in a classical Ayurvedic clinic in Albuquerque, NM, she gained first-hand experience in body work, pancha karma, herbalism, diet and supportive habits. This skillset propelled her into postpartum care and she has been a postpartum doula since 2019. Olivia loves working with clients of all ages and looks forward to assisting individuals at any stage of health and life journey.
When Olivia is not in the clinic or caring for new families, she can be found dancing, tending to her sailboat, sewing and beading, and sharing meals with friends.
